School vision statement
Maitland High School is an inclusive and proudly comprehensive high school serving a diverse community. We are dedicated to working in partnership with our students and community to create a culture of high expectations where all students feel empowered to strive for their best. To achieve academic excellence, we use explicit teaching strategies to build strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and a broad content knowledge to prepare students for a variety of post-school endeavours. This will enable students to engage in society as responsible, confident, independent citizens.
